Delivery
- Tropical Computers offers free delivery across Barbados for all purchases. Special conditions apply.
- Deliveries are typically made within 2–3 business days of your order confirmation, depending on product availability.
- Our team will contact you to confirm a convenient delivery time.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the order at the delivery address.
Store Pickup
- Customers may also choose to pick up their order in-store at our Bridgetown location.
- Orders selected for pickup will usually be ready within 24 hours (subject to product availability).
- You must present a valid ID and your order number when collecting items.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, advance notice must be provided via email or WhatsApp (430-0306). The collector must also present a valid ID and the order number.
- Orders must be collected within one (1) business week. After this period, a 90% refund will be applied and the order cancelled.

- If there are any delays in delivery or pickup, our team will notify you promptly.
- Large or special-order items may require additional handling time; you will be advised at the time of purchase.
